Also I know not everyone cares about wearing masks and being safe in This pandemic but we have to be since our daughter has asthma…we were depending on them to at least try to enforce people to be safe by wearing masks and or social distancing but I will tell you right now no one cared at all and no one wore a mask anywhere such as the restaurant or arcade or anywhere at all. They stacked up chairs to show that outdoors was closed. The lazy River was closed for unknown reasons and there were no signs anywhere saying why it was closed or if it was going to open at all. Found out through someone else they apparently don’t have enough lifeguards there. No one had answers why or when it would be open but from what I got Apparently they closed outside because of “hot weather” it was 89 degrees outside so I know that wasn’t the reason. Not a big deal really to us but that is just the beginning… first off we have smaller children 2yo and 5yo so we really were banking on the outdoor area and the lazy River. ![]() Our patio door would not open due to Cici traction right outside our window. First off our remotes for our TVs in our room were broken and the floors were super dirty. So I normally do not write reviews but I feel like if people are going to spend this much money they need to know all of these things.
